Welcome to the website and services of Jump2Join Private Limited (“Jump2Join”, “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Jump2Join and any individual, candidate, trainee, employer, recruiter, partner, visitor, or any other person (“User”, “you”, or “your”) who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses our website, mobile applications (if any), training centres, digital platforms, and any services offered by Jump2Join (collectively referred to as “Services”).
By accessing or using the Platform or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies published by Jump2Join.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue the use of our Platform and Services.
Jump2Join provides various services including, but not limited to:
Skill development and vocational training;
Technical and professional training programmes;
Career guidance and counselling;
Assessments and certification support;
Internship and apprenticeship facilitation;
Employment and placement assistance;
Workforce and recruitment solutions;
Employer and industry engagement services;
Execution and management of government and private training programmes;
Digital services and related support.
Jump2Join may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at its sole discretion, subject to applicable laws.
By using the Platform or Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws;
You have provided accurate, complete, and updated information;
You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines;
You will not use the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorised purpose.
Where the Services are accessed on behalf of an organisation, employer, or other entity, the person accessing the Services confirms that they are authorised to bind such entity to these Terms.
To access certain Services, users may be required to create an account, submit registration forms, or provide supporting documents.
Users agree that:
All information provided during registration shall be true, correct, and complete;
Any change in personal or organisational information shall be updated promptly;
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account credentials;
Users shall be responsible for activities carried out through their account;
Jump2Join may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Every candidate registering with Jump2Join agrees that:
Educational qualifications, identity details, experience records, and other documents submitted are genuine and legally valid;
Submission of forged, false, manipulated, or misleading information may result in cancellation of registration, training, certification, or placement support;
The candidate shall maintain discipline and comply with applicable rules during training, assessments, interviews, and placement activities;
The candidate shall not misuse the Platform, training facilities, or any resources provided by Jump2Join.
Jump2Join reserves the right to verify candidate information through authorised agencies, employers, institutions, government authorities, or other lawful sources wherever required.
Enrolments in any training programme shall be subject to eligibility criteria, seat availability, applicable guidelines, and verification requirements.
Jump2Join reserves the right to:
Determine admission criteria and training schedules;
Modify course content, trainers, methodology, assessment process, or training location;
Conduct online or offline assessments;
Maintain attendance and performance records;
Suspend or discontinue participation of candidates involved in misconduct, fraud, indiscipline, or violation of applicable policies.
Issuance of certificates or completion records may be subject to attendance requirements, assessments, performance criteria, and other applicable conditions.
Jump2Join provides career support, employer connections, interview facilitation, and placement assistance.
However, users expressly acknowledge and agree that:
Registration with Jump2Join does not guarantee employment;
Completion of any training programme does not guarantee job selection;
Salary, designation, location, employment terms, and final hiring decisions are solely determined by the respective employer;
Jump2Join shall not be responsible for rejection by employers, changes in hiring requirements, withdrawal of vacancies, or employment decisions made by third parties.
Candidates are responsible for evaluating and accepting employment offers based on their own judgment.
8. EMPLOYER AND RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES Employers and recruitment partners using Jump2Join services agree that they shall:
Use candidate information only for lawful recruitment and workforce-related purposes;
Maintain confidentiality of candidate data;
Not misuse, sell, distribute, or exploit candidate information;
Provide accurate job descriptions, eligibility criteria, and employment terms;
Comply with all applicable labour, employment, and other relevant laws.
Jump2Join reserves the right to suspend or terminate access of any employer or partner involved in unethical, fraudulent, or unlawful practices.
9. WEBSITE AND PLATFORM USAGE RULES Users shall use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Users shall not:
Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations;
Submit false, inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorised information;
Impersonate any individual, organisation, or representative of Jump2Join;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, servers, databases, or related systems;
Introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or any technology intended to disrupt the Platform;
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content of the Platform without prior written permission from Jump2Join;
Use automated tools, bots, data scraping technologies, or similar mechanisms to extract information from the Platform without authorisation;
Interfere with the security, performance, or normal functioning of the Platform.
Violation of these provisions may result in suspension or permanent termination of access and may lead to legal action.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS All intellectual property rights including copyrights, trademarks, logos, brand names, software, training materials, course content, documents, graphics, videos, images, designs, databases, and other materials available on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Jump2Join, unless otherwise specifically stated. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Platform solely for personal, educational, or legitimate business purposes. No user shall copy, reproduce, sell, license, publish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content belonging to Jump2Join without prior written approval.
11. FEES, PAYMENTS AND FINANCIAL TERMS Where any training programme, assessment, certification, service, or other offering involves payment of fees, users agree to comply with the applicable payment terms communicated by Jump2Join. Users acknowledge that:
Applicable fees, taxes, and charges shall be payable as communicated at the time of registration or purchase;
Payments shall be made through approved modes only;
Jump2Join reserves the right to suspend access to services in case of non-payment or failed transactions;
Refunds, cancellations, and related matters shall be governed by the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy. For government-funded or free training programmes, no fee shall be charged from candidates unless specifically communicated and permitted under applicable guidelines.
12. GOVERNMENT SCHEMES AND SPECIAL PROGRAMMES For programmes operated under government schemes, missions, or public-funded initiatives, users agree to comply with the applicable guidelines, eligibility conditions, documentation requirements, attendance norms, assessment standards, and other conditions prescribed by the concerned authorities.
Jump2Join reserves the right to:
Verify candidate eligibility and documents;
Share information with authorised government departments, monitoring agencies, assessment bodies, and auditors;
Suspend or discontinue services where a candidate is found ineligible or violates applicable scheme requirements.
Benefits, incentives, certificates, or employment opportunities under any government programme shall be subject to approval and applicable conditions of the respective authorities.
13. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, SERVICES AND LINKS The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services for user convenience. Jump2Join does not own, control, or guarantee the accuracy, security, availability, or policies of such third-party platforms. Users access third-party websites at their own discretion and are advised to review their respective terms and privacy policies.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws, Jump2Join shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
Inability to access or use the Platform;
Errors, interruptions, or temporary unavailability of Services;
Decisions made by employers regarding recruitment, compensation, designation, or employment terms;
Failure of candidates to secure employment opportunities;
Actions or omissions of third-party employers, recruiters, training partners, service providers, or government authorities;
Loss of data caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Jump2Join.
Users understand that Jump2Join acts as a training provider, career support facilitator, and workforce solutions partner and does not guarantee specific employment outcomes.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jump2Join, its directors, employees, officers, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:
Violation of these Terms;
Submission of false information or fraudulent documents;
Misuse of the Platform or Services;
Violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
Jump2Join reserves the right to suspend, restrict, deactivate, or permanently terminate any user account or access to Services, with or without prior notice, where:
False or fraudulent information is detected;
There is misuse of the Platform;
The user violates these Terms or any applicable policies;
Required documents or eligibility conditions are not fulfilled;
Such action is necessary to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
Termination of access shall not affect any rights, obligations, or liabilities that have accrued before termination.
Jump2Join shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performing any obligation due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters;
Fire or accidents;
Pandemic or public health emergencies;
Government restrictions or regulatory changes;
Internet or telecommunication failures;
Cyber-attacks;
Strikes, labour disputes, or other unforeseen events.
Services may be postponed, modified, suspended, or cancelled due to such events.
Jump2Join may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of its Services, website functionality, programmes, or these Terms from time to time.
The revised Terms shall be published on the Platform with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted under applicable laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
In the event of any dispute, claim, controversy, or difference arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or the Services, the Parties shall first make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussions and communications.
If such dispute is not resolved amicably, the Parties expressly agree that the competent courts located at Faridabad, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute, subject to applicable laws.
The User agrees that no claim, complaint, suit, legal proceeding, or action shall be initiated before any court, tribunal, authority, or forum other than those having jurisdiction at Faridabad, except where such exclusive jurisdiction cannot be restricted or excluded under applicable laws.
In the event that the User initiates any claim, complaint, suit, or proceeding before any other forum in breach of this clause, the User shall be liable to reimburse and indemnify Jump2Join Private Limited for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Jump2Join in challenging such proceedings, seeking transfer or dismissal of such proceedings, or enforcing this jurisdiction clause, including reasonable advocate fees, travel expenses, documentation expenses, and other related legal costs, subject to applicable laws and orders of the competent court or authority.
Nothing contained in this clause shall restrict any rights, remedies, or legal protections available to Jump2Join under applicable laws.

You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
You agree to comply with all applicable policies and guidelines of Jump2Join.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue the use of the Platform and Services.
