GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

Jump2Join Private Limited ("Jump2Join", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, accountability, and high standards of service in all its training, employment facilitation, workforce solutions, and digital services.

This Grievance Redressal Policy ("Policy") establishes a mechanism through which candidates, trainees, employers, partners, website users, and other stakeholders can submit complaints, concerns, requests, or grievances relating to our Services, personal data processing, and business operations.

This Policy shall be read together with our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Candidate Consent & Declaration, Placement Disclaimer & Employment Terms, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Cookie Policy, and other applicable policies published by Jump2Join.

2. OBJECTIVE OF THE POLICY

The objective of this Policy is to:

  • Provide a transparent and accessible grievance handling mechanism;
  • Ensure timely acknowledgment and resolution of complaints;
  • Protect the rights and interests of users and stakeholders;

3. WHO CAN SUBMIT A GRIEVANCE

The following individuals or organisations may raise a grievance:

  • Candidates and job applicants;
  • Students and trainees;
  • Apprentices and interns;
  • Employers and recruitment partners;
  • Training partners and educational institutions;
  • Website visitors and digital platform users;
  • Vendors, service providers, and other business stakeholders;
  • Parents or lawful guardians, where applicable.

4. TYPES OF GRIEVANCES COVERED

(a) Training and Programme Related Complaints

  • Admission and registration issues;
  • Training schedules or operational concerns;
  • Attendance or assessment-related concerns;
  • Certification-related issues;
  • Conduct of trainers or staff.

(b) Placement and Employment Support Related Complaints

  • Issues regarding placement assistance;
  • Interview scheduling concerns;
  • Communication gaps during recruitment processes;
  • Misrepresentation of opportunities;
  • Conduct of authorised representatives.

However, candidates acknowledge that Jump2Join does not guarantee employment, salary, designation, location, or selection by any employer. Employer hiring decisions shall remain independent and outside the control of Jump2Join.

(c) Privacy and Data Protection Complaints

  • Collection or processing of personal data;
  • Correction or updating of personal information;
  • Requests for deletion of personal data where applicable;
  • Withdrawal of consent;
  • Concerns relating to unauthorised access or misuse of personal data.

(d) Financial, Payment and Refund Related Complaints

  • Payment confirmation issues;
  • Refund eligibility or processing concerns;
  • Transaction-related disputes;
  • Billing or invoice-related issues.

(e) Website and Digital Platform Complaints

  • Account access issues;
  • Technical errors;
  • Incorrect information displayed on the Platform;
  • Security-related concerns.

(f) Fraud, Misconduct and Ethical Concerns

Users may report:

  • Fake job promises;
  • Demands for money, gifts, or illegal benefits in exchange for placement or services;
  • Misuse of the name, brand, logo, or identity of Jump2Join;
  • Unethical behaviour by employees, representatives, or associated parties.

Jump2Join follows a zero-tolerance approach towards fraud, bribery, corruption, and unethical practices.

5. GRIEVANCE SUBMISSION PROCESS

A grievance may be submitted through the authorised channels provided by Jump2Join.

The complaint should contain, wherever applicable:

  • Full name of the complainant;
  • Contact details;
  • Registration ID, application number, or relevant reference number;
  • Description of the grievance;
  • Supporting documents or evidence;
  • Details of any previous communication regarding the matter.

Anonymous or incomplete complaints may be difficult to investigate and may not be processed unless sufficient information is available.

6. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND RESOLUTION PROCESS

Upon receiving a grievance, Jump2Join shall make reasonable efforts to:

  • Acknowledge receipt of the grievance within a reasonable period;
  • Review the complaint and collect necessary information;
  • Communicate with relevant departments, employers, partners, or authorities where required;
  • Provide an appropriate response or resolution based on the facts and applicable policies.

The resolution timeline may vary depending on the complexity, nature, and availability of information relating to the grievance.

The Grievance Officer shall make reasonable efforts to address grievances in accordance with applicable laws and internal procedures.

8. INVESTIGATION AND COOPERATION

Users agree to cooperate with Jump2Join during investigation of any grievance and provide accurate information, documents, and clarification where required.

Jump2Join reserves the right to request additional documents or information for verification before providing a final resolution.

9. LIMITATION OF GRIEVANCE MECHANISM

The grievance mechanism shall not be interpreted as:

  • A guarantee that every complaint will be decided in favour of the complainant;
  • An acceptance of liability by Jump2Join;
  • A commitment to provide employment, financial benefits, compensation, or any remedy beyond applicable laws, contracts, or policies.

Certain matters, including employer hiring decisions, government approvals, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond Jump2Join's control, may not be fully resolved by Jump2Join.

10. FALSE, MALICIOUS OR FRAUDULENT COMPLAINTS

If any complaint is found to be intentionally false, misleading, malicious, fraudulent, or submitted with an improper motive, Jump2Join reserves the right to:

  • Reject such complaint;
  • Take appropriate action as permitted under applicable laws;
  • Preserve records and evidence for legal or regulatory purposes.

11. RECORD RETENTION

Jump2Join may maintain records of grievances, communications, supporting documents, investigation reports, and resolution actions for a reasonable period for:

  • Legal and regulatory compliance;
  • Internal audit and quality improvement;
  • Fraud prevention;
  • Dispute resolution.

12. CONFIDENTIALITY OF GRIEVANCES

Jump2Join shall make reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality of grievance information and disclose such information only to persons who require access for investigation, resolution, legal compliance, or protection of legitimate interests.

13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Jump2Join may amend, revise, or update this Policy from time to time due to changes in applicable laws, business practices, or operational requirements.

The updated Policy shall be made available on the Platform with the revised "Last Updated" date.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of this Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

15. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By using the Platform or Services of Jump2Join, users acknowledge that they have read and understood this Grievance Redressal Policy and agree to the terms contained herein.
